We only collect data that you voluntarily provide directly to us:

Email Address: Required to deliver updates and announcements.
Metadata: IP address and timestamp recorded automatically at subscription time for legal verification of consent.

We process your email address based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (Consent). By submitting your email address via our signup form, you explicitly consent to receive updates related to our project/product.

4. How Your Data Is Stored & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To store your data and manage email deliveries, we use trusted infrastructure providers:

[Supabase / Resend / ConvertKit]: Used for database storage and email delivery. Data is processed in compliance with GDPR standards via Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Retention Period

Your email address is retained only for as long as you remain subscribed. If you request deletion or unsubscribe, your data will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 days.

Under EU data protection laws, you have the following rights free of charge:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we delete your email address entirely.
